Glencoe - Exterior PaintingRequest a Free Estimate
At Castino Painting and Home Services, we don’t just do interior painting. In fact, we also specialize in exterior painting services, including repairs and staining. Since 1974, we’ve offered Glencoe residents and homeowners all over Chicago and the North Shore the home painting services they’ve been looking for.
Choosing Exterior Color Schemes
When painting the outside of a home, the most common thing done is choosing three colors—one for the main body, one of the trim, and one for accents like the door and shutters. The trim color is usually within a few shades of the body color, but it can also be one chosen for contrast. Whatever look you are going for, we can help you choose the perfect colors for exterior home painting in Glencoe.
At Castino Painting , our paint consultants can help you choose the best colors for your home, and we even have the technology to show you what your finished home will look like. The program we use applies your chosen colors to pictures of your home, so you can have an accurate representation of how something will look before you commit to it.

A message about lead paint and the new EPA Mandate
A new EPA mandated Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) program went into effect on 4/22/10 and was updated on 7/1/10. This program is designed to protect against lead-based paint hazards associated with renovation, repair and painting. This program mandates that contractors working in homes and child-occupied facilities built before 1978 be trained and certified in lead-safe work practices. Castino has been “lead certified” and we are following all EPA rules and regulations. Our Certification Number is NAT-19937-1. As of 7/1/10, homeowners cannot opt out of this mandate. Castino has the right to refuse any job dealing with lead paint. Non-compliance carries a $32,500 fine for contractors. Please call us with any questions or concerns.
